John & Shalane Watson – Owners, JS Watson Air
JS Watson Air is proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team John and Shalane Watson. John has been in the HVAC industry since 1991, bringing decades of hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to honest, quality work. In 2018, when Shalane became a residential real estate agent, it became clear that combining their knowledge and experience would create a better, more complete service for homeowners—leading to the launch of JS Watson Air.
Shalane’s background in real estate provides a unique advantage for clients buying, selling, or investing in property. Through her and her network of real estate professionals, customers often benefit from added value and services provided by JS Watson Air before, during, and even after a transaction.
At their core, John and Shalane are proud to be a true family-owned and operated business. Their family includes four grown children, their families, and their three adored dogs. They take pride in maintaining a “Mom & Pop” approach—where integrity, relationships, and personalized service matter. Their goal is simple: to treat every customer like family and ensure your home stays comfortable year-round.
Jeanna Stephens was raised in Plant City before relocating to Riverview with her family at the age of 10. Family has always been at the center of her life, and that foundation of love, support, and integrity continues to shape who she is today. She is a proud mother of three grown children and a loving “Mimi” to her three granddaughters.
Outside of work, Jeanna enjoys spending meaningful time with her family and creating lasting memories together. She has a passion for photography and loves capturing life’s everyday moments as they unfold.
The same values she instilled in her family—especially integrity, honesty, and commitment—carry over into her professional life. Jeanna brings these principles to her work every day, which is why she takes pride in being part of such a great family-owned company.
Rasheem Scott

Rasheem has called Florida home for the past 16 years and has been working in the HVAC industry for the last two years. He takes pride in providing dependable, high-quality service and creating positive experiences for every customer he serves. He has a genuine love for animals, with dogs holding a special place in his heart. His dedication to customer service and passion for helping others make him a valued member of our team.
Carlos Bohórquez
Technician
Carlos Bohórquez, a 35-year-old former lawyer, transitioned into the HVAC field, blending technical passion with legal experience. Despite his career success, he prioritizes family time with his wife and two children. He enjoys soccer and tennis and is continually seeking personal and professional growth.
Jose Ramirez
As a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served for eight years, Jose brings a strong sense of dedication, integrity, and commitment to everything he does. He takes pride in helping people and providing quality service to every customer.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his Frenchie, fishing, and watching sports. A passionate Frenchie lover and someone who enjoys staying active outdoors, he values the time spent with his dog and family on the weekends. His military background and genuine desire to help others are reflected in the care and pride he brings to his work every day.
