Had an issue with my AC this weekend. By 7:45 am Monday morning I received a text that someone would be here shortly. Getting here by 9:10 am, to my surprise it was the owner himself, John, who was extremely pleasant and professional. He fixed the issue within a 1/2 hour. I've have had JS Watson Air service the AC and explain any issue I've had throughly. All of his staff have been beyond professional. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them in the future. Great company !

We called JS Watson Air on Saturday of a holiday weekend to fix our AC expecting we'd need to wait until Tuesday for relief. Not only did we receive a call back within minutes we were scheduled same day and John came earlier than expected by hours. JS Watson helped with an HVAC install in an older home that previously had wall units. They engineered the right system, got permits and installed with no issues. City inspected unit and signed off on one visit. Highly recommend them for the job, big or small, you will be treated fairly and the work will be done to a high standard.

JS Watson is a top notch company. My air conditioning failed on Saturday evening before Easter and John Watson showed up to troubleshoot. He was able to pin point the problem in 5-10 minutes and the solution required a part which was needed from manufacturer. John was able to order the part and although there was a delay in getting part from the manufacturer, JS Watson kept me informed along the way and was able to install the part immediately upon it's arrival. John was very professional and knowledgable. The pricing from the company seemed fair and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for AC services.

We have hired to service our AC with their maintenance program. They come out 2x a year and make sure our AC is running at its optimum level. We also had them clean our dryer vent! They were on time and very clean while completing the business. They are locally owned.

Friday morning I called A few AC companies to see when I could have our AC fixed . I could not believe they could not come until Monday or Tuesday! You could imagine my frustration Then I found JS Watson Air on Google maps.
The call was picked up on the second ring and a friendly voice answered. She assured me she would get right back to me on a schedule to fix the AC. Within 10 minutes she called back as promised and was able to fit us in today! I was so relieved. John Watson and Jack arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional and courteous. John was able to resolve our repair in no time. I highly recommend them , you can get honest answers and feel confident they will get the job done right.
